Threaded Pear gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Threaded Pear E-Gift Card) within 25 days from the date your order shipped. You can start your return here.

Exchanges and returns not covered by Redo will be charged a flat $5.00 shipping fee that will be deducted from your Threaded Pear E-Gift Card. Our return system will provide you a pre-paid USPS shipping label for your return.
Returns for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 3 DAYS of delivery. You can start your return for a damaged item here.

Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please submit your return here within 3 DAYS of delivery. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
RETURNS

- If Redo was not added to your order the cost of return shipping is a flat $5.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Threaded Pear E-Gift Card)
- Shoe boxes (if sent in a shoe box, many of our shoes are now sent in bags to reduce waste and shipping cost) must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
- Once the item has shipped you will receive the purchase amount to a Threaded Pear E-Gift Card sent to the email address used when placing your order (minus the $5.00 return shipping fee, $0 will be deducted id Redo was added to your order)
About REDO
A purchase of the $1.98 Free Returns, Exchanges + Package Protection allows you to receive a paid return label for any return eligible item in that order! If you did not purchase Redo coverage, please continue through the return portal to submit your return request. Your shipping label will be automatically generated for a $5 deduction from your store credit or refund.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once your return has been marked as shipped back to us—you will receive an email containing your Threaded Pear E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.
Is there a fee to return items?
- Returns and Exchanges are free if Redo was purchased, otherwise your pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $5.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Threaded Pear E-Gift Card).
How do I request a return label?

Do you offer price adjustments?
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Threaded Pear E-Gift Card ONLY.

Threaded Pear Shipping
- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or USPS Ground mail
- International order are charged a flat fee for each item shipped and are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail
- Express orders are available for an additional fee and with ship USPS Priority Mail
- Local pickup is available and is an option during checkout
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@threadedpear.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we can do so.
USPS Guarantees
- We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the USPS guaranteed shipping times as and we cannot control the outside parties. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@threadedpear.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
