If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order and you have 21 total days from the date you received your order for us to receive the item. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We inspect all returned items. Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. Products with any damage or that have been used will not be acceptable for return. If a damaged item is returned the customer will have the ability to pay for return shipping or have the item donated without refund.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To receive your refund please include the original packing slip, the order number, or this email.
For Neoprene orders, please make sure you do not improperly fold your neoprene item. If your bag is folded and becomes damaged by creating an unremovable crease we will not be able to provide a refund for your return. Please ship your item back folded the way it came and packed flat.
