OK, so I never leave Review's and I wanted to do it before I forgot! I also never read directions, I follow photos, and I click before I think! I seen this really cute bag online for a great price so I ordered it. The bag comes in, it’s not what I seen in the picture? It wasn’t the right strap so I sent it back and I emailed about 38 times half asleep about having a wrong strap MY SAVIOR Becky weeds through all 38 emails to figure out which bag and strap I really wanted and sent it to me! I have to say I am a very difficult patron and she handled me with care and didn’t make me feel like an idiot or that it was my fault (because it was my fault) and I absolutely love love love my new bag and my new strap it is exactly what I wanted so a GREAT thank you to Becky because you’re the best!!! I manage a large restaurant and customer service like hers is hard to find these days even harder to keep. Keep Becky!
